「Nice clean room. Renovated. Bathroom was well stocked with an excellent shower with great waterpressure. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good AC which kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. Only suggestion is maybe an additional trash container.」

「We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental.」

「The hotel is in a beautiful location. Backed up against the river and a two minute walk to the lake. The room was fine, nothing special but my TV didn’t work. My biggest complaint is that when I went to ask for help with the TV the deskclerk was between customers and when I said the TV wasn’t working she asked me in front of other guests what my room number was. 「The front desk staff was helpful, but we had issues upon check in. The credit card reader wouldn't work. The room we were given was left open, the toilet was clogged and there were bugs in the sink. The front desk immediately gave us another room, which was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not the worst I've had, but not the best either. The breakfast room was rather small. It was a good hotel for a quick overnight stay while traveling. I would stay again. The price was...

「This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The floor needed to be vacuumed and we were offered a vacuum to do it ourself. The refrigerator didn’t work. From the moment we got into the room my elderly grandmother was coughing and couldn’t stop until we checked out and left. We were in the room for 15 mins and checked out!!! Thankfully we were refunded all of our money so we could find somewhere else to stay.」
