The house was perfect for our group of 6 guys. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, from paper goods to pots and pans to towels and every spice you can imagine for cooking. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable to sleep in. The best feature of the house is the upstairs family room. The dining room table can hold 10 if needed, there are three very soft sofas and two very comfortable cushioned arm chairs. The 50" TV makes it easy for everyone to watch a movie. The view from the balcony is fantastic of the valley and mountains. The Weber grill on the balcony is small but works very well. All in all we had a fantastic time and would easily recommend this house for a family or small group.

After a day of hiking in the Catskills, our group was so happy to spend the night at Allan’s chalet! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to make ourselves dinner and breakfast, and the house was clean as a whistle. Enjoying the sunset on the back deck was so great - such a sweet spot! We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to family & friends!

Great cabin perched on the top of a hill with great views. Inside is cozy and welcoming. The deck and patio are great to hang with friends. Plenty of space and places to sleep.

There’s plenty of space, nice outdoor areas and great views. The house, carpets, sheets, appliances, etc. are all pretty old but it works well for large groups on the top of a secluded hill surrounded by woods.
