"Clean and new room! Everything is great with excellent staff who are very helpful. The only drawback is the rooms are very warm and we set the air con temperature in room to the ur desired temperature but it had no response. Outside was cold but they maintained the room at 24 deg C, not sure it is a city requirement or what. "
"Concierge staff ~ Leo Jiang and a fair small size lady (I'm not sure her name); hotel porter who stand at the entrance (the tall guy who work night shift), they are all friendly and helpful. However, receptionist staff need to improve to let guest feel welcoming. Room cleanliness is good too. Thank you all."
