Overnight stay was good
The property is in a good location very close to the archeological museum with good restaurants and shopping. Shower good but you have to manually turn hot water on and off. This is not hard. Please note there is no lift for luggage and beds were very firm. Overall room was quiet especially considering downtown location. We had a good stay and it is a very good value.

Overall a pleasing experience. In the center, very convenient location with loads of options for food, night out etc. The studio was spacious and with thoughtful complementary items. On the things to be improved, the bed was not particularly comfortable and most importantly we could heard loud talks coming from the hallways in the morning which was disturbing.

Property was very close to the Archaeological Museum, which was great. The place would be better for 1-2 young adults than a family- my 2 kids said the fold out couch was hard and the sheets did not stay on the bed.

The check in and out process were smooth.
The location is very very convenient.
However, the flat is extremely terrible.
We was on the ground floor flat, loads of flies in the toilet. We can hear literally everything outside of the room.
The bed was full of bed bugs and we ended up sleeping somewhere else.

Nous avons dû relancer vers 18 heures malgré un premier email du city studio nous demandant des informations sur notre arrivée (Communiquées en avance)

Le jour de notre arrivée, à 18h00 pas de news...

Avec le décalage horaire, le wifi limité dans l'avion, c'est lamentable de ne pas transmettre les modalités d'entrée en avance.
Email de la société reçu à 3 heures du matin, heureusement que nous avons relancé pour avoir les infos via WhatsApp.
CUISINE
Réfrigérateur, une bouilloire qui fonctionnaient parfaitement, un four qui cuisait à peine. Quelques couverts, assiettes et de quoi cuire nos produits.
SALLE DE BAIN
Rideau de douche trop court et salequi laissait passer l'eau de la douche.
Grille légèrement bouchée donc sol inondé à chaque toilette.
Pas de rangement et un manque d'aération. Très bas de plafond également. Évier qui coulait donc il fallait elacer d'eau chaude qui ressemblait plus à un sac à dos nous obligeant à rationner l'eau chaude...
CHAMBRE
Lits très confortables.
BALCON
Petit mais suffisant, avec une petite table et deux chaises plus un séchoir à linge très pratique. Mais balcon qui donnaient sur un mur...
Changement des serviettes tous les deux jours.
Réfrigérateur, sols, salle de bain dont la propriété laissait à désirer.

The studios are amazing in the middle of city center few walks and you are in the middle of heraklion.
The studios are very good , every thing is clean (though they don't clean the studios, you have to do it yourself as if it is your own home),
