Absolutely spotless room with a lovely sea view. This hotel is very good value. Right on the sea front with an easy walk into town. There is a road on either side of the hotel, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and relaxed. The bed was comfy, the air con worked, couldn't ask for anything else.

Location close to center of city and waterfront was great. Room was spacious and bathroom as well. The breakfast buffet was good yet modest. It was noisy at night as the major street runs right in front of the hotel.

Das Hotel liegt an der Promenade, Umgebung- wie überhaupt Heraklion- ist sehr laut, Zimmer zum Meer sind zu bevorzugen, Zimmer sind funktional, durchaus ausreichend, Bad ist eher klein und nicht mehr ganz heutiger Standard, Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, sehr aufmerksames Personal, bei mir funktionierte zwar die Key Card für das Zimmer nicht, ich bekam halt einen Schlüssel, Klimaanlage recht gut einstellbar

We stayed 2 nights. The facility is not new and the room and bathroom on the small side, but it was clean and well kept. Location was fantastic, we had an ocean view room and it was a short walk to the old harbour and the vibrant restaurant and shopping streets. Breakfast included hot and cold items and the area was kept clean. Overall good value for the price.

Breakfast had sweet and savoury options. Hotel staff was absolutely incredible!! we were asked as we were leaving the hotel after settling in the first day if everything was already. Served its purpose with a comfortable bed, functioning air conditioning and a lovely little balcony. It was very well located, being a 5 minute walk from the port and a 10 minute walk from the market area. Absolute lovely experience

Everything was great at Kronos, wish we could stay longer. Highly recommend this hotel for friendly and helpful staff, great location, easy parking and great breakfast. We specifically selected this hotel as we were taking a ferry and could drop rental car at Port. Also, very few hotels start breakfast at 6:30 am which we needed to catch ferry. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, cheeses, meats, etc. Was raining upon check in and we were wet, Nikos was so kind offering an umbrella and providing a parking spot in front of hotel. Such a relief! Highly recommend staying here!

Beyond being close to the port, this hotel is simply a series of unfortunate events - the room smelt of smoke, there was old trash in the garbage can, water pooling in the shower, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and the vinyl covering of the table on the balcony shed on me. Would not recommend
