Person and a spacious fitted wardrobe with safe and offers direct access to the sunny balcony with an electric grill, where you can enjoy the evening glass of wine or a hearty breakfast in the morning. An electric fireplace also promises a cozy atmosphere in the evening. For movie and sports fans, the Smart TV offers the appropriate entertainment factor. The immediately adjacent, open and fully equipped modern kitchen invites you to cook together.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed from which you can watch an exciting program in the Smart TV, and also access to the balcony. Through the roof window in the slope you can enjoy the first sunrays in the morning. A small shower room with toilet, illuminated vanity mirror and a bathroom radio completes the charm of this apartment. In the underground car park, from which you can reach the attic with the elevator, you have a parking space as well as a lockable bicycle storage facility.
