Up, buckle up and go skiing

Our approximately 70m² large apartment (1-7 persons) in the cottage style is located in the idyllic mountain village Sonnleitn to about 1. 400 meters DIRECTLY TO THE SEA and close to the lifts.

It has 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed for 2 people, 1 x bunk bed plus
1 single bed and TV for 3 people) and a large living-bedroom
with 2 sofa beds, TV, DVD player and comfortable seating on electrical
Fireplace.
Furthermore there are 2 bathrooms (shower, hair dryer available), 2 separate toilets, a separate well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, rich crockery ...) and a small terrace.
Our guests have wireless in the apartment free of charge.

For babies and toddlers are a travel cot, high chair, toilet seat and
Changing pad available.
Nearby you will find ski school and ski rental.

In order to feel comfortable all our guests, our apartment is a Non smoking apartment.

Minimum stay: 5 nights

In summer, you are right on the trails in beautiful healthy air. The summer toboggan run and via ferrata are not far away.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und großzügig aufgeteilt. Wir konnten dort schöne zwei Wochen Ferien verbringen. Wandern direkt ab Sonnleitn ist prima.

Urlaub auf der Terrasse im Sommer

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und ist sehr geräumig. Die Terrasse hat Platz für 5 Personen um einen Tisch, dies ist auf den Balkonen in Sonnenleitn nicht möglich. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick. Die Terrasse liegt in der Abendsonne. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet.

Una casa Mary Poppins! Accogliente e con tutto ma proprio tutto ciò che desideri

Il nostro soggiorno è stato magnifico! La casa è molto accogliente e funzionale: c'è proprio tutto quello che può servire, anzi direi che non appena hai bisogno di qualcosa basta aprire la porticina di un armadio e improvvisamente appare!! E' la casa di Mary Poppins che dalla sua borsa tirava fuori tutto ciò di cui aveva bisogno. E' una casa pensata per accogliere famiglie o gruppi di amici. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono carte da gioco, giochi da tavolo e dvd (anche se pochi in lingua italiana ;-) ). Per noi è stata l'occasione per scoprire una parte di Austria che avevamo trascurato considerandola troppo turistica: un grande errore! E' stato un vero piacere esplorare i dintorni, camminare su sentieri: i percorsi sono ben segnati e accessibili per tutte le esigenze, corti, lunghi, faticosi, leggeri, in ogni caso tutti altamente remunerativi: si incontra sempre un rifugio o una malga dove sostare e degustare i prodotti locali. E' stato bello, ci siamo riposati, abbiamo fatto movimento (alla nostra età è importante camminarecamminarecamminare), abbiamo ricaricato le batterie per ricominciare un quotidiano di lavoro e studio. Rigenerante!! Grazie ancora, sicuramente ritorneremo (anche perchè in una settimana non siamo riusciti a vedere tutto...)

Eine schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt einfach wunderschön und der Ausblick ist super morgens wird man von den Almkühen geweckt die durch das Dorf laufen. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung klasse sogar mit Spülmaschine,es ist alles da was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht Spiele, Bücher, DVD. Man kann direkt vom Dorf aus wandern gehen und im Dorf im Hotel Essen gehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da.
