"I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. "

"BEWARE OF GUEST FEES!! Got charged an extra $37 to rent an additional room downstairs for an hour! As for the room that I actually stayed at had no hot water, bite by mosquitoes and bed is hard. I ended up paying a total of $110 for one night when the room should cost no more than $30 a night. I would never come back to Jaco or this hotel again! "

"This is a very budget hotel.They do not supply hand towels, only 1 bath towel per person, no shampoo or conditioner, no blankets, no clothes hangers, etc. Coffee was good, breakfast food was limited. Unfortunately the owner was not welcoming at all."
