「The host and the amenities. It was a great place to stay. Nice and comfortable. Probably one of the best places we have stayed. The neighbor was so quiet and the TV selection was great. I would highly recommend this place.」

「Book now! I have a multigenerational family and this house was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Living room had ample space for lounging. Cool a/c - a plus in hot Florida. Not only great value for your money but great for your peace of mind as well.」

「The house was clean and conveniently located to family we were in town to visit. Decent neighborhood. 」

「Nice spot but terrible sofa/couch in the main room. Unusable.」

「Great location, thank you!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. Great location!」

「The house is beautiful and has pretty much everything and anything you could want or need. The only thing I was sad about is that the hot tub was not working and the listing picture is what drew me into looking at the house. It’s my fault though it states in the listing that it is not available. The only other thing is I agree with another review left, there is no really cozy furniture for laying back and watching a movie I personally spent most of my time while at the house on the screened...

「Great house, lots of room. Had everything we needed. Great town and the house was close to everything. The lake view was beautiful!」

「A spacious, comfortable, well equipped, beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the pool area. We have a disabled family member and the grab bars by the steps and in the bathrooms were a great help in ensuring his safety. There is a lot of attention to detail in this home.」

「We loved staying here for our anniversary! The house was clean, modern with charming touches, and felt secluded even with their other cottage on the property. Having access to the washer dryer was a huge plus after our beach days! Will 100% be coming back for manatee season. Thanks a ton!」

「We had a great stay overall. The house was very nice, clean, and exactly as described. It was well-maintained and located in a quiet, peaceful area, making it a relaxing place to stay. The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning. We understand and respect that the host controls the thermostat, it was set to 72, however, there were several days the indoor temperature registered 75. As a result, the bedrooms stayed warm throughout our stay and never really cooled down, which made...

「Wonderful location to spend our anniversary. Pleanty of space from us to park our Bay boat and full size truck.」

「What an amazing house! There was so much attention to detail with true Florida living. The kids loved the side yard to play sports and loved the game room! The pool and hot tub were a great hit and we found scallops for dinner each night. Wonderful vacation and great house to rent from an awesome host. Renee was great at sending info and replying quickly if I had any questions!」
