The room was really clean and the environment was good. There is a small problem is that I saw this hotel provides breakfast on the website when I booked hotel, actually the breakfast is only some cakes and coffee.

No staff available in the morning at 6:30 AM for check out. Mentioned breakfast will be available for to go from 6:00 AM. But there isn’t any breakfast available. Other than that, it’s good.

A guy stomping all night. Police outside my door at 4am. I’ve never had a worse night sleep. Staff is disinterested in completing any requests in a timely manner. They will sit on the iPad and tap for 5 minutes straight before they can walk away and grab something 30 ft away. I’m not the type to even leave reviews but man. That was horrible in every way. I’m an easy going guy you really gotta push for me to say something. Here we are

We stayed here due to an emergency that arouse. It was good for it was used for. Sleep, showeting and bathroom and kitchen accommodations. It was clean, the AC and the heater works especially when we got snowed in. Overall great.

Horrible stay
This is the worst hotel to stay. The manager was rude and unfriendly. The cockroaches were everywhere in the room. A terrible of food smell was in the room during my stay. Overall, this was a horrible stay.

bad communication! I sent them a message informing them that my flight would be delayed and I would do the check-in at dawn. When I arrived they told me that since I didn't do the check-up, they gave my room to someone else and they assigned me another one and that room was dirty, the bed was not made up, I guess that's because of the Previous guest had not cleaned it. They gave me another one and it was almost 3 in the morning at 7 am. They come knocking on the door, they wake me up as soon as I had slept. At 7:30 they arrive again trying to open the door with a lucky key that had been locked and they couldn't get in. We left the place without being able to rest
