Pros: Super saubere, genütliche Unterkunft mit allem was eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns, bei unserem Aufenthalt, kurz vor Ostern, mit liebevoller Deko und kleinen Geschenken, empfangen hat. Wir haben uns sofiort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Komfortabele Betten und Rolladen vor den Fenstern haben uns einen erholsamen Schlaf beschert. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir Verwandte in der Nähe besuchen wollten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein sehr guter Imbiss sind schnell erreichbar. Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung TOP, und wir können sie uneingechränkt weiterempfehlen.

Pros: Ich war Anfang November 2017 in der Ferienwohnung Figelius zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet problemlos Platz für drei Personen. Alles ist sauber und wohnlich und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man kann bequem selber kochen. Die Betten sind gut und das Bad bietet neben einer Dusche auch noch eine Badewanne. Im Wohnzimmer kann man gemütlich auf einer großen Couch fernsehen oder das kostenlose, schnelle WLAN nutzen. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt und sehr weiterempfehlen! Das Ehepaar Figelius ist sehr nett und steht bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit!

Pros: Sehr schöne frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung und gemütlichem Flair. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir wurden herzlich empfangen.Die Lage ist zentral (in einem Wohngebiet), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe. Wir möchten besonders die günstige Lage/Nähe zur Sportklinik in Lüdenscheid hervorheben. Dann möchten wir noch mal Bezug auf die "nur" 3 Sterne für die Lage nehmen. Das Haus liegt, wie erwähnt, in einem Wohngebiet. Dies mag im ersten Moment etwas "ungewöhnlich" wirken... uns hat es aber in keiner Weise gestört. Die geografische, gute Lage sowie die Nähe zu Wanderwegen, den Talsperren usw. sind uns wichtiger. Nette Vermieter, sowieso... und das können wir mit ruhigem Gewissen garantieren. An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank für die nette Aufnahme und wenn es klappt sehen wir uns im Sommer oder Herbst noch mal wieder.

Pros: Wir, Ehepaar um die 50, waren mit Motorrädern vor Ort. Die Lage in der Siedlungsstraße war völlig in Ordnung für uns u. relativ ruhig. Wer gewissen Anspruch an bestimmte Gegebenheiten hat sollte sich eben vorher beim Vermieter erkundigen. Wir hatten auch mit Frau Figelius telefoniert u. sie gab sehr nett alle Informationen weiter, welche uns interessierten. Im Wald ist man einsam+verlassen nach ca. 20 Min. Fußweg. Zum Netto+Kaufpark sind wir ca.15 Min. gelaufen. Einen gaaaanz lecker Imbiss (auch zum Sitzen) erreichten wir in 2-3 Minuten Fussweg. Günstige Raiffeisentankstelle (mit Kartenzahlung), 1-2 Min. Fahrt. Von dort aus alles gut erreichbar+natürlich schöne Strecken.... Mit unserem "kurvenreichen" Navi sind wir auf Touren gekommen, auch abseits der geläufigen Strecken, welche uns viel Freude gemacht haben... Die Wohnung war top - nix zu meckern! Das Bad (wie man auf dem Foto sieht) ist zwar nicht das Neueste, aber gepflegt, alles was geht ist erneuert, funktioniert prächtig, alles da. Ich fand diesen Retrolook schon wieder reizvoll. Die Küche hatte für uns alles ausreichend vorhanden, der Kühlschrank ein kleines Gefrierfach. Wir sind beide groß, ca. 190cm, die Betten waren völlig ausreichend, kuschelig warm, sehr bequem + Oberbetten lang genug! Verstellbare Lattenroste sind vorhanden, ebenso Rollläden. Die ganze Wohnung war schön muckelig warm - wie man es möchte, möglich. Von der Strasse aus gibt es eine Treppe hoch zur Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett + hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich! Wir bedanken uns hier nochmals gern bei Ihnen beiden für den schönen Aufenthalt!
