It wasn’t bad except I didn’t have a microwave, the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close and it was smaller than I expected. The one good thing about it was it was close to the concert venue

It's just what it is, inexpensive accommodations. Though I rate it only a generous three stars, I am not disappointed nor critical. Some families are living there doing their best. The room was decent enough. I got there just after 9pm and the office was closed had to make several calls to get checked in. The sign on the entrance is not lit and VERY difficult to see. The rain spout drips right on the stairs to the second floor and will get you wet. Hole in the wall looks like a punch.

Do not say here, property is sketchy and unclean. Office was closed and locked at 9pm and had a note with five different numbers to call and it took ten minutes to get an answer, the room we were given had bed bugs in both queen beds. Attempted to call and after several attempts the owner immediately offered to cancel my booking instead of helping, all they had was a single queen room. Attempted to make that work but the air conditioner wouldn't work. Left within an hour because the rooms weren't clean and the property felt very unsafe, attempted to call after dropping off the key but again no one answered that night or the next morning. The next afternoon the night manager answered and seemed very upset we called him because the owners number wouldn't answer and the mailbox was full, I didn't stay longer than an hour and you shouldn't stay here at all.

This place wasn't bad for a one night stay, we did find cockroaches the next morning and dead bedbugs. There was no one at the front desk when I got there around 8:30pm. There was only 1 tiny trash can inside the room. It wasn't horrible but not the best either. Customer service could have been a little bit better. Nick the night manager was nice.

The hallway to our room smells like wet dogs. Room wasn't very clean, ripped everything off the bed checking for bed bugs, mattress cover had huge nasty stains on it, sheets seemed to be clean, but didnt trust it, found a bug the next morning on the bed, could've been a bed bug. So many reviews about beg bugs, I wouldn't stay here again.

This place was a real gem! Upon checking in I had 4 different people (some who may not have even worked there) helping us get our room key. Once in our room, we were delighted to find clean sheets, extra lights in the bathroom, and NO cameras. We were just a day too early for the grand pool reopening, so maybe next time we're in town we'll come for a swim! I think some people like this motel so much that they've extended their stays for quite awhile. Checkout was a breeze, with a big group wishing us safe travels. Overall an 11/10 stars!
