「A year in advance I purchased and paid in full for a 5 day stay for my daughter’s dance competition. Then without notice they canceled my entire reservation without notification, due to me arriving late. I was told this upon arrival. Marriot did not have any rooms available, there were no other hotels in the area available, had to wait to get my money refunded and dish out more money to rebook at a higher rate. Very inconvenient.」

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet.
We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed.

「Breakfast was your typical continental type. If you don’t let them know you want your room clean they will not come. The pool and hot tub was good just wish it wasn’t so hot even opening the door or window did no justice as it was still hot and the chlorine burns your eyes just sitting there.」
