“Hotel was a great stay for our first landing ground in Crete from the states - we wanted something to relax / adjust to time change and give our 4 year old some fun - It was a great stay, great food at the restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t my fave but It was fine.”

“We had a luxe swim up room, everything was super clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff! They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay”

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

“From the moment you're greeted for check-in, to the moment you check-out, it's nothing short of 5 stars. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, always catering for your needs which is what you expect from a resort like Amirandes. We came here for our minimoon and we loved it. The main restaurant for buffet and dinner were very good! Shout out to the person making omelettes every morning, they were delicious. We never had any issues getting a sunbed near the outdoor pool, and overall it……

“Excellent hotel, outstanding concierge (ladies in blue), very good food, housekeeping is a bit inconsistent, great big modern rooms each with a pool...splurge for the rooms with a gym mainly to get a 2x sized pool/terrace plus sauna, it is like an apartment.”

“Cleaning room was good ! The staff was excellent in very aspect! The Bars were excellent especially with the Bartenders and the waiters, the best were Vasilis the waiter Andon at beach bar Andrea the bartender Alexandros bartender Teli Bartender Alexandra bartender they made our stay at Lyttos Mare very special ! I would recommend to everyone to stay at Lyttos Mare and you won’t be disappointed !”

“Staff and food are incredible - massive shout out to Stella, Ionna, Pat, Vasilios and the guys from the bar - all great and couldn’t do enough. The spa is gorgeous with lovely treatments. Drinks are good but if you only drink premium branded liquor then expect to pay - the drinks were nice otherwise but we did pay in the evenings for a nice bottle of wine or premium cocktail. We will definitely be back as it was 100% a 5 star experience. A beautiful resort run by lovely people.”

“We booked this hotel for 4 days, This place is amazing for kids between ages 2-16 , but the food was really horrible they really don’t care for vegetarian people they put all the meat next to it and use same fork/spoon to take it, i saw many people from israel had this problem also because people from israel don’t eat pork and they look for the vegetarian food.”

“The front desk staff were wonderful. Nearly all service staff were rude and unhelpful with a few of exceptions. There are cultural differences I expect to navigate but they were rude, ignored us constantly and honestly made the experience unenjoyable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and that staff was great and kind. Everything was very clean. The included classes offered aren’t all week so we could not partake as it’s only offered 4 (I think) of the 7 days. Food was very tasty but it’s silly……
