Smaller, older hotel which was just the right size for a relaxing break. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some parts of the property were a little tired but this did not detract from the overall experience. Beach was lovely as was the large pool. Food was varied and of a high standard.

Another stay at this excellent hotel they cannot do enough to make your stay the best experience possible, the food is amazing and the chef is the most pleasant person who really cares about the food in the restaurant, the whole experience was amazing so looking forward to returning in the future.

Mitigée concernant cet hôtel qui dégage certes une atmosphère apaisante grâce à son emplacement idéal pieds dans l’eau et proche aéroport mais qui est loin d’être un 5* mais plutôt et objectivement un 4* à taille humaine. L’hôtel a besoin d’une importante rénovation notamment au niveau des sanitaires vétustes qui dégagent de fortes odeurs d’égouts ainsi que la plage à cause de ses parasols usagés. Le wifi également a été très médiocre tout le long du séjour avec une connexion casi inexistante . La nourriture quant à elle est correcte bien que répétitive. Concernant l’accueil un personnel courtois et souriant au restaurant mais tout l’inverse au niveau de la réception. J’ai tout de même passé un bon séjour car j’ai sû passer outre ces défauts mais je ne reviendrai pas.

Gorgeous property with immaculate amenities! We got a balcony room with ocean view and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were modern and upscale design with marble showers and floors. Opportunity for food and drinks at the main building and by the pool. The all inclusive dining was of great quality, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort. Also, they are very family friendly.

Agréable séjour dans un havre de paix où tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances! Chambre confortable et insonorisée, très belle plage aménagée, personnel adorable. Quelques points négatifs à souligner: piscine petite et de ce fait transats pris d’assaut, salle de bain à rénover, nourriture répétitive. A mon sens il s’agit un bon 4 étoiles à taille humaine. Toutefois, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

We are having a wonderful stay at Bella Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had a small issue with our original room, and the team listened to our concerns. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a much better sea view and even helped move all of our luggage, which we really appreciated as we are travelling with a baby and a toddler. The food has been very good, with plenty of choice at every meal, and the hotel is clean, well maintained and in a great location right by the beach. A big thank you to the reception and all the staff for their excellent customer service. They made us feel valued and helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend Bella Beach Hotel and would love to return in the future.

Piscine couverte moyenne et pas chauffée, piscine extérieure un peu froide( fin avril). Restauration correct, mais on peu s’attendre a mieux pour un 5 étoiles. Niveau chambre, literie excellente, manque de rangement surtout dans la salle de bain.Personnel très agréable et compétent, petit bémol sur les chats qui squattent un peu trop l’hôtel ( pas très agréable au niveau des restaurants et surtout qui laisse des petits cadeaux sauteurs sur les canapés ( présence de puces 😬🤐) , sinon établissement très correct !
