不滿：登記入住、聯絡溝通和房源資料準確度
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The listing advertised accommodations for seven guests, but there was no sofa bed and not enough bedding or pillows for everyone. We repeatedly contacted the manager, who was slow to respond and never resolved the issue. We were also surprised to learn from the owners that complaints about the property not comfortably sleeping seven guests are common.
Basic amenities were lacking: only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for seven people over a three-night stay, there were not enough towels, no dish sponge, and several dishes were dirty. We even found a dirty towel in the apartment. It often took days to receive a response or replacement items.
The apartment looked clean, but all of us experienced dust-related allergy symptoms and coughing, and there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom area. One bedroom had no functioning air conditioning despite the listing advertising AC throughout the property.
To make matters worse, only one key was provided for a house accommodating seven guests, which resulted in members of our group being locked out.
For the price, the experience fell far below expectations. The property has potential, but the inaccurate listing, lack of basic supplies, and poor communication make it difficult for us to recommend.
