Perfect house for a getaway with a bigger group of friends

The house is not only made for a bigger group of people, its also super cozy and stylish, has enough space for everyone, a beautiful garden in beautiful surroundings. We will def be back :)

Traumhaus

Wir hatten wunderschöne Weihnachten in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Jeder Raum ist liebevoll eingerichtet und drei Generationen haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir haben auch die Umgebung sehr genossen. Man kann schöne Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus starten und hat einen tollen Blick!

Geweldige plaats voor een familie reünie!!

We hebben met 16 kinderen en kleinkinderen ,ondanks het matige weer, een geweldig weekend gehad in het erg fijne huis in een prachtige omgeving.

Schönes Anwesen mitten im Grünen

Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus und der Lage, es ist ist ruhig und sauber. Und die Einrichtung ist einfach wunderschön! Perfekt für ein Wochenende mit der Familie ! Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder :)

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit prachtige huis. We voelden ons meteen helemaal thuis Eigenlijk was alles perfect maar als we toch een punt te verbetering mogen noemen dan zouden we adviseren om horen voor de ramen te doen tegen de muggen

Een werkelijk prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving. Wij waren hier met de hele familie en het was een belevenis om met elkaar in zo'n mooi landhuis te zijn. Prima slaapkamers met privacy voor iedereen, goede badkamer, leuk dat er een apart huisje bij zit waar onze pubers het rijk alleen hadden. In Nederland betekent het woord 'spa' iets anders dan in Belgie: wij dachten een bad en welness aan te treffen maar het ging om twee uitstekende apart te gebruiken douches in een mooie badkamer. Ook nog 2 douches in de kelder daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt maar op zich ok. Ook hadden wij bij een dergelijk huis de verwachting dat de bedden zouden zijn opgemaakt maar kwamen er gelukkig op tijd achter dat bedlinnen niet was inbegrepen (niet duidelijk hoe je dat dan regelen moest). De keuken is zoals al bekend was echt aan de kleine kant als je met 13 personen bent maar alles was aanwezig om voor zoveel personen te koken. Minpuntje: de communicatie vooraf. In de map in de accommodatie zat het A4tje dat wij liever vooraf hadden gehad, waarin te lezen was hoe je de accommodatie precies bereikt, de sleutel te vinden was, bedlinnen, kwaliteit van het water (komt uit een bron), dat het huis echt alleen per auto bereikbaar is, etc. Dat hadden we graag vooraf geweten! Overigens een erg vriendelijke eigenaar die wel goed bereikbaar was. Aanrader als je met een familie of groep in een mooi huis en mooie omgeving wilt zitten!

Herve familie vakantie

Zeer degelijke en verzorgde, ruime vakantiewoning. Mooie rustige ligging. Echter : geen bad noch hottub aanwezig, stond wel in advertentie. Laadpaal elektrische auto's aanwezig zoals aangegeven, maar mag blijkbaar enkel door eigenaar gebruikt worden... niemand aanwezig bij aankomst, sleutels zelf moeten zoeken... Tijdens ons verblijf plots onaangekondigd bezoek van eigenaar, niet vriendelijk helaas. Tip voor eigenaar: best enkele bierglazen of minstens grotere glazen voorzien voor liefhebbers van een streekbiertje

Wat ons betreft een heerlijk & sfeervol huis voor onze familie van 13 personen (volwassenen). Zelfs bij regenachtig weer. Enig minpuntje: de wifi was niet overal in huis even goed.

Fijn verblijf midden in de natuur

Super verblijf in het vakantiehuis gehad. Alles erg netjes en top locatie. Huis is wel erg gehorig en tafeltennis en voetbaltafel zijn erg oud. Maar dat mag de pret niet drukken!

via smalle weg zet de afdaling in naar het rustpunt: de prachtig gerenoveerde vakantiewoning

Met vier stellen en de kids (20+) hebben we Pasen doorgebracht in de 2 woningen. Meteen bij aankomst was er een goed gevoel doordat er o.a. veel landelijke ruimte en rust om de woning was maar vooral ook door de fijne inrichting van beide woningen. In de keuken konden onze chef koks prima uit de voeten met het materiaal dat er te vinden was. Buiten konden we direct via draaipoortjes de wei inlopen naar het beekje of naar het bos. In de buurt ligt Val Dieu waar we een rondleiding door de abdij en de brouwerij hebben geboekt. Daarbij ligt een fraaie grote tuin waar het goed wandelen is. In en rondom deze vakantieplek hoef je beslist niet te vervelen. We hebben genoten met zijn allen!

Tolles Ferienhaus für Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben in dem schönen Haus bei Herve mit 14 Freunden einen tollen Jahreswechsel verbracht. Das Haus und ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub mit größerer Gruppe braucht. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch die Alleinlage im Grünen und trotzdem sehr gute Anbindung an die Autobahn. Wir bedanken uns und kommen gerne wieder !

Ein wunderschönes Traumhaus in Alleinlage!

Lüttich, Aachen und Maastricht sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen - also ein sehr guter Standort für Ausflüge im Drei-Länder-Eck. Die Küche ist ausreichend groß, sodass man mit mehreren Leuten zusammen kochen kann. Der große Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für 12 Personen, im Wohnzimmer sind ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden, in großer Runde kann man gemütlich zusammen sitzen. Die Bäder sind super, im ersten Stock ein großes Badezimmer, im Keller 2 Duschen und Waschbecken. Die Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach sind mit Waschbecken ausgestattet, so können sich alle zur gleichen Zeit fertig machen. Vor und hinter dem Haus gibt es schöne Sitzplätze mit tollem Ausblick. Alle Zimmer im Haus sind individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles sehr geschmackvoll! Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Traumhaftes Objekt!

Ein wirklich besonderer Ort, der mit viel Liebe gestaltet ist. Das Objekt ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, umringt von weiten Feldern und trotzdem einfach zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Der perfekte Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen! Vielen Dank 🙏🏻

Leuk familieweekend

Heel leuk familieweekend in een leuke buurt! Ook korte wandelroutes in de nabijheid (handig met kleine kindjes). Het huis is wel niet zo goed geïsoleerd. Niet handig met kleine kindjes (als er eentje wakker is, is iedereen wakker). Er was een waterlek in de keuken. Dit hebben we gemeld bij afloop van het verblijf.

très bel endroit

Een heerlijk weekend weg

Je hoeft niet ver van huis om helemaal weg te zijn. Wat een heerlijk rustige plek en fantastisch huis is dit. We hebben met een groep vrienden genoten. Het enige puntje is dat de keuken wat klein is voor de omvang van het huis.
