The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1997, was renovated in 2021, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in the centre of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location.


Location
Hévíz, district Centre, 400 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. City centre, a nearby hotel offers you discounted spa treatments on request. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas), electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and tumble dryer. Television reception via cable. Hungarian, German, English, Russian channels.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
