「Property worked out great for the family and our golden retriever.」

「We had a hiccup the first night we got there with the A/C being out. Missi got it fixed first thing the next morning and the rest of our stay was incredible. After that first night, this turned out to be our favorite stay in Waco by far! It actually felt like a true home and had everything we needed. Missi is an amazing host and I can tell that she truly cares that you have a good stay. The location was also incredible. We all felt safe the entire stay and the neighborhood was lovely for taking...

「Best little secret in Waco. Private, quiet, close to all my destinations. Excellent!」

「This house is very nice and clean. Love the set up will come again.」

「Everything was fine. House is just how it shows on VRBO. The hot tub was a little dirty so we didn’t even get in, but the wind was blowing like crazy. It was quiet neighborhood for the most part and close to everything that we were doing, so that was nice.」

「Nice clean little place. Perfect for a short visit. It’s very small, but it was great for just me and my dog. The bed is very comfortable. Little difficult to see the drive entrance, but that’s great because there’s no traffic on the property.」

「Excellent property! Beautifully done and one of the best equipped in have ever stayed at. We love it and appreciate the host’s effort and thoughtfulness!」

「Clean comfortable space in a nice neighborhood very close to town. There were a few small issues but nothing that interfeted with our stay. Great communication throughout the process」

「I travel a lot with my 3 family (husband 3 kids) and this was probably one of our most favorite stays! We sat outside as a family and watched a storm roll in and then saw the most magnificent pink skies at sunset! The hot tub was delightful and my kids loved the swing. The beds were so comfortable and every detail was thought of! I actually wish I would be coming back this way so I could stay longer!」

「Cute place, very clean & and A/C that kept us very cool which was a huge plus with it being so hot outside. Fenced in courtyard area was great if you bring a dog. Location was quiet and close to downtown. The courtyard & hot tub are shared-not private. WiFi was good too.」

「Neat place. Perfect for families.」

「The home looked similar to the listing photos, although there was more clutter on the dining table and kitchen counters than pictured. The beds appeared clean, but the overall cleanliness of the home was disappointing. The master shower had shampoo residue and someone else's hair on the shower and bathroom floor. We also found nearly a dozen dead cockroaches throughout the house, along with evidence of live ones. The floors were visibly dirty, with dirt, crumbs, dried spills and crusted residue,...

「Clean, comfortable, well appointed,」

「Great place nearby Magnolia.」

「Stayed here to help an adult child move in. The house was a great space for three adults. Very convenient location.」

「The house was very clean and nice. It was a short walk to Magnolia for coffee in the morning and a little shopping! If we ever return to Waco we would definitely stay at the same location if it is available.」

「Cute, quaint place! Everything was exactly as described. Beds were comfy, no issues. Location is perfect for campus proximity. Already have another visit booked.」
