「This is definitely one of the best stays when visiting Helen,GA and surrounding areas. It was so clean and comfortable with beautiful, relaxing creek views. The property has all the amenities of home. It was just a short drive to all the places we wanted to go in Helen. Unfortunately, it was still way too hot out to use the fire pit in the first week of September. We still enjoyed our stay.」

「Loved this cozy home and the lake view and community. We somehow missed the VRBO check in instructions but I text manager and was immediately greeted with all I needed! Highly recommend!! We will be back!」

「Everything here was wonderful, so easy to communicate with host. The property is beautiful and peaceful, kitchen has everything you need. Porches are amazing, listening to the stream below was very relaxing. Convenient to town also. 」

「Everything was absolutely FABULOUS!!! My son and I stayed in the green cabin (#4), and it was so peaceful...incredibly beautiful accommodations, just as pictured. From the covered back porch overlooking the lake, to the comfy bed and wood-burning fireplace, Tranquille Resort is truly a special place and was everything I hoped it would be! I can't wait to return soon!!!」

「The property was beautiful and the wildlife was all around. I would recommend this property to any outdoors type of people. Very close to sounding lakes and bike trails.」

「My Memorial Day stay at this property ended with a serious injury and an extremely disappointing response from management.During a heavy rain, I slipped and fell down the exterior staircase. The staircase consisted of seven wooden steps. The lower six steps had anti slip strips installed, while the top step where I lost my footing did not. The stairs were rain soaked and extremely slippery. The fall resulted in a concussion, a large hematoma, extensive bruising, back and hip injuries, severe arm...
