"This cabin was just the relaxation and rejuvenation spot we needed. The clear views on a sunny day kicked off mornings alongside Hank, the friendliest golden retriever host, around the fire pit with coffee in hand. Close excursions to Tulalip and town were easily accessible, but there was plenty to do just at the cabin! You have a hot tub, games, outdoor seating, a grill, and direct access to the lake via kayak (which was probably the highlight of the weekend).Cozy stay, perfect vibe, responsive owners, couldn't have asked for a better spot and host."

"The two houses provided our family with plenty of space. Property needs a little TLC. Overlook of Port Susan Bay is beautiful! Very peaceful and quiet. "

"Listing is accurate, it was nice for a weekend by the water. The positives: Beds were clean and fresh, views from everywhere in the place are great, kitchen had all the essentials, there were a few games to occupy us on a rainy afternoon.The negatives: The property outside was in need of general maintenance. The blackberries were overgrown in places and the gazebo by the water felt dirty, the bbq and fire pit by the lake were out of propane and I didn't get a response from the manager on it, the grass and dock area by the lake were covered in goose poop, the kayaks had standing water and cobwebs in them. None of these were deal breakers, but detracted from the experience. Communication about the property and check in info was done in a separate app (ensoconnect?); I would've preferred to have a single place (VRBO) for the info. I don't regret the stay, but I don't plan to return. "
