"Cool neat place. Nice location. More than enough room for 2 of us. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Didn’t realize the main living space was on 2nd floor. Wasn’t a problem for us. My wife used the 3rd floor loft for her morning yoga. 2nd floor bed was comfortable. Had no experience with the other 2 beds. Sofa on 2nd floor was quite comfortable. Sofa for watching TV on first floor felt pretty worn out. Not comfortable for more than 1/2 an hour. Great location. Away from the touristy areas, but still close enough. Easy to find and navigate to. While our unit was quiet, the neighbors decided to party one night until well after midnight. One of the laminate floor tiles is pealing up in front of the dining table and should be fixed, it is becoming a tripping hazard. Contacted the host about a minor issue as a FYI and they responded within minutes. One thing that I didn’t care for was the 11th hour chores list that was sent late the evening before we left. These were not in the listing. While many of the other listing I looked at had them under the “House Rules”. Not seeing any was one of the reasons I chose this location. While short, you could have mentioned it earlier or put it in the listing. Otherwise great stay."

"Our family of 14, ages 3 to 71 had a fabulous time at this amazing property. There was plenty of room to spread out. The proximity to the East Shore trail was great and we had a couple of fun days at Hidden Beach. We also recommend getting parking reservations for Sand Harbor beach in advance and had more fun days at the beach. We cooked all meals at the house and the gas grill in the yard was perfect. We would definitely stay here again with our large family."

"Best rental ever! I’ve rented a lot of places in incline and this home was fabulous! Bright and clean and updated. Quiet neighborhood. A beautiful deck and view. The kitchen was completely stocked. Not one thing they didn’t have. Carol was so kind, made check-in easy and she was great at communicating. Definitely will stay here again! Thank you!"
