The place is clean and has everything. Maintenance was ready to come fix any problem like the shower head and the internet that we faced. I loved the two bed villa, It was spacious and perfect for my family!

We liked the accessibility to the venue that we were attending. Loved the privacy, and all the amenities available at the condo. Check in was good, but maybe appreciate a person at the desk in the daytime a bit more, however "whoever" was checking us in was very good, and did appreciate it being available for 24 hours. In my condo, I would liked to have had a hanging space for clothes. Overall cleanliness was pretty good, but carpets going to upstairs condo really need a cleaning. Overall,really enjoyed our stay.

solid option for sleeping if you need a family type accommodation, plenty of room, proper amenities in working order, non luxurious appliances and finishes, would. not spend a week long vacation here but it is acceptable for a short crash

Almost great.

Great location. But, almost no hot water! So almost cold showers , not great in February! The refrigerator makes loud annoying noises all night. Check in staff didn’t make our keys work for two nights, so I had to go get new keys in the middle of my stay. Bathrooms need updating.

2-bedroom is not functional for a young family

As a one-bedroom, we were happy with this condo. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were as expected and in-line with the pictures. If looking for a one-bedroom, I'd be happy to stay here again. However, we booked this location specifically because it said there was a 2-bedroom option. What we learned upon arrival is that this was not a 2-bedroom unit. Instead, we were given access to two individual one-bedroom condos, part of the same duplex. This could be a fantastic value for two different groups of adults. Unfortunately, we booked the 2-bedroom as we have 2 small children

This property advertised that it was waterfront. In fact it was at least 25 minutes walk to the water and most of the beaches nearby were private, and we couldn’t access them. The hot tub was in cold and dirty. Also, there was supposed to be a pool, however we did not find one. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location was near a lot of shopping and dining.

Great place to stay in Tahoe. Quiet, clean, and cool cabin/ condo style place. Not sure if it was supposed to work, but the fireplace switch didn’t turn anything on. Also the control for the AC didn’t work, luckily the weather was mild. The description advertised incline beach being walking distance (11 min but it was actually more like 30 min) and it’s a private beach with no access. They should probably remove that as a perk of the place. There are public beaches close by, just not in incline village.

Generally great. Only two issues we had were that parking our vehicle was a challenge due to the skinny lot. If you have a larger vehicle you may struggle a bit parking. We also had an issue where housekeeping thought we were checking out a day earlier and woke us up knocking. Was resolved quickly but unfortunate.

I had a terrible experience with the staff here. The place itself is what you pay for, old and out dated. But, it’s a place to sleep. The staff on the other hand appeared to be offended with my questions and confusion regarding their virtual check in. After 45 minutes of failed attempts I was instructed to grab a master key from a binder that contained every key on the property. I’ve never been treated so rudely after asking such basic and common questions. I’m embarrassed for whoever hired their customer service reps and will never recommend this property. I can overlook the almost impossible, and horror movie-esc check in process but the way I was spoken to over the phone is simply unacceptable.
