Good accommodations for a night. Staff in restaurants were very friendly and I enjoyed my dinner. Left early but not before enjoying a peaceful cup off coffee on the boat dock. Felt safe as a solo traveling female so that's always nice... Thank you!

Hotel is very beat up , beds are so old very uncomfortable the matress didn't even fit on the frame, refrigerator didn't work , blow dryer didn't work, everything is old and had the newly remodeled room, good side is the beach area access was the reason we stood there .

Look this hotel is super outdated . Its says newly renovated … absolutely not . The smell says otherwise . The beach part is nice the pools are nasty . And to top it off we found bed bugs . And more people did as well. We went to complain at 12:30 am and they did not help us at all we were met with rude attitudes and bad customer service . Dont even waste yoir money its absolutely terrible

THE RESERVATION FOR TWO ROOMS NORTH TOWER RIVERFRONT WERE NOT RIVERFRONT AND ON LOWER 7 FLOOR. NEXT TO ICE MACHINE AND ELEVATOR WITH NOISE ALL NIGHT. The staff was efficient. The rooms not so good. The bed were not comfortable. The sheets had stains. The shower was dirty. The cabinets in room in terrible dirty destroyed condition. This was one of the worse stays I’ve had. The private beach area was cool can’t lie there. The adult pool was good just dirty water. I feel the property can do better in hygiene and room cleaning and furniture appearance

I had two rooms they were so dirty. Dusty, dirty food left, gum on furniture, nothing was wiped down good. Also there was hair in the sink, shower and bathroom floor. There was even old trash covered by the new trash bag. The cans were never empty properly. One of our rooms can with lipstick stains on the pillow. The pool was dirty, overcrowded and disgusting. We stayed in the north tower. I expected at least clean room. I will not be staying here again but will be staying at the Avi resort. Harrah’s could have done so much better. There is one good thing, the staff is so kind and friendly. Overall Harrahs could do way better.

The stay was very nice . Room beds were comfy like home and was cleaned nicely. The motel beach access was the best experience and we would come back any time. Starbucks on site was a major PLUS ❤️🙌. Very kid friendly too which with our grandkids was great and made a difference. The food was ok but we didn’t starve so it worked out.
