Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were at the casino for only one night, so not really important, but the television channels did not work. Also pee spots were on the toilet from previous occupants, not cleaned properly.

The room have no hot water for 10 hours .. they also made a mistake and tried to check me out of my room a day earlier, it was embarrassing and it was all a mistake they did. It was horrible. Staff nocked in my door around 1am, for no reason other than they wanted to make sure my pet wasn’t alone. Horrible experience. Never staying here again.

Staffs are excellent. But the property has old rooms, old bad, thin walls where you hear other people in the next room or the TV. Not a good experience!

Bathroom sink , rusty , old & drainage needs to be fixed and napkin holder in the bathroom was filthy . This is unacceptable. Front desk clerk who assisted us on check in & check out had an outstanding customer service . The person who helped us with our luggages valet/ bell person when we checked in was very helpful . We enjoyed the scenery with the waterfalls & the Salt Grass steak house .

Won’t stay again. First time staying here and booked two rooms. we got assigned rooms across from renovations! Air conditioners in rooms didn’t work, waiting hours for a resolution as they said they can’t give us new rooms unless maintenance signs off first. Got a new rooms at 8:30pm!! And then new rooms air conditioner didn’t drop the temp lower that high 70’s. Then woke up the next morning at 7am because they were renovating across the hall with banging and noise ! Good luck finding anywhere to park except the carport round about is so hot you can’t stand to be in there to unload. And the parking isn’t attached to the hotel! So you have to go to two parts of the hotel to get to your room. And then our keys were deactivated every single day sometimes twice a day and I had to get new ones each day. Then we requested housekeeping on Sunday and they only serviced one room! Even though we told them which rooms and front desk verified it back to us. Tubs would drain so slow, toilet clogged up one day and had to wait for maintenance again. They charge resort fees but literally no respect amenities. Staff doesn’t even bother to clean behind the trash cans in the bathrooms. Peeling wallpaper everywhere. Then at checkout they charged me $25 for a movie I didn’t rent (I never authorized room charges either!) and because it was watched for over ten minutes they wouldn’t void the charge. Who pays $25 for a movie and then doesn’t watch it? Anywhere is better than here

Construction in next room with loud pounding even though I paid for upgrade of room. No hot water. Charged for items in gift store I did not buy. Manager not helpful at ALL
