The property is beautiful and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had a little problem with the room heater/air conditioner. Called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man right away. He determined the problem to be a blown fuze, which he replaced. The total repair took less than 10 minutes. Excellent treatment all around.

When we first checked in, they let us know that one of the elevators was down so we had to walk all the way to the other side to use a different one. We get to the room and the ac was horrid. We tried turning up the air to 70+ and it just stayed at 67 and it was freezing. The next morning, taking a shower the tub was so backed up it was like taking a shower in a bath. When I tried the outlets to do my hair, my cord just kept on coming out and wouldn’t stay since it was so loose. The room was outdated and you could hear everything, even the music from the casino. This was out first time staying there and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Room smelled like pee as soon as we entered til the time of checkout. It was dusty, found a cheeto by the night stand. It looks like it hadnt been cleaned. Bed had an ant and got me paranoid for bed bugs, then some reviews said they got bit from bed bugs but a little over an hour of checking no signs thank god. Staff was helpful. Casino was ok. Saved money but wouldnt come back.

We were there the day before trying to check in, but the front desk clerk was playing around with the pricing on the internet while we standing in front of him. He said, "Sorry, We don't have that room at that price." We had to leave and, stay our first night at the Edgewater. It was a big hassle to leave and then return the next day to check in again. I was very unhappy with the heavyset guy in the front desk. He didn't want to work with us, nor wanting to accommodate us. He was trying to maximize gross on us, and acted like he was too busy for us. Next time we will take our reservations to Edgewater or Aquarius.

I booked two rooms with you guys under my name and said I had 3 adults and 2 kids with our party. I put my dads name dad as guest two but i still paid for all of the rooms and on my end from Expedia it was all under me. My dad got sick Friday and was unable to come which we understood we wouldn’t get the refund but thought we would still get the second room so we could spread out at bit and it would be easier to do baths and showers. They wouldn’t allow me to check into the room even though it was on my card and the entire booking was in my name. So my dad had to call golden nugget and Expedia to get that sorted out - that got taken care of we went to get the second room and they said no it’s still in his name sorry (mind you when i checked in I got email confirmations for both rooms which I showed them and they could see I paid for both) Anyway they called me 15 mins later and said I could come get the room. It wasn’t even in the same tower. So my question to Expedia is why would I book two rooms for my family and get here and have them be across property from each other? It showed us that booked rooms with a 3rd party is not the way to go
