"Room was not cleaned the whole 4 days we stayed. When I was in the shower staff entered room and put towels on the couch. No trash was taken out, bed was not made or new sheets or covers replaced. When we arrived there was sand all over the floor. Food great atmosphere was good. Housekeeper did not do their job. "

"Cleanliness was perfect.Kitchen had everything we needed (grill outside was an added bonus).The pool was perfect (we opted to use the heater and were able to comfortably use the pool in March).Open floor plan in kitchen/dining area/living room was ideal.The outdoor TV was a nice addition."

"Fantastic location, conducive to relaxation. The view is spectacular, sunset is stunning. The pool and hot tub were great. We did pay to heat it and it was 85ish all week. The house is laid out well for hanging out. We stayed in most nights and cooked dinner and there were plenty amenities in the kitchen to accomplish that. The living room was comfortable for chatting, there is a very long table you could seat 10 comfortably at and a second seating area facing the bay. We were all nervous about the Dollar General directly across the street, but it was not a problem and indeed we all enjoyed the convenience of running over to grab neccessities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I ran everyday and never encountered loose dogs or any other problem. A few negatives- we chose this location because we were traveling with another couple and this advertised 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This is NOT accurate. There is one spectacular master with 2 FULL bathrooms attached to it, but the other king bedroom is a separate room from the full bath on that side. You had to go into the hall between rooms and there is no door blocking the hall from the living rm/kitchen. This is tough with 2 couples splitting the cost. Also, the internet didn't work all week. Tough if you need to work or want TV . Lastly, the storm door from the screen room to the backyard had a defective closing mechanism so it slammed loudly every time.Easy to deal with owner. Recommend."

"One of the nicest houses we have rented in the Florida area. Close to many of the places we usually visit during our stay. Loved the pool and the dogs loved the backyard. Was easy to navigate to close by shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend. "

"Shower backs up while in it, light in bathroom just strobes so you can't use it. Pull out couch didn't work. Overall it was just ok it works for a decent view, but I wouldn't return. Staff seemed ok though. Probably good enough for the right person just not for us. "
