All of the employees I encountered, from the front desk agents, to the housekeeper and maintenance man were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the area was in a safe location very close to the beach.

Charged my card 8 times which shut down my acct and locked down the money as it proceeded, refunded and dropped off. It started two days before we arrived. There were 6 attempts by the time we arrived. By then our acct was locked and the bank was processing 6 charges but after talking to the bank they also assured me those were also going to credit back so I paid with another acct. The original acct was unlocked and we moved on. Bought dinner. Bought some souvenirs then came back to the hotel. Two hours later there were two more charges. I went to the front to ask them to please stop charging the card both charges locking down even more funds. We were at over $1600 in charges. When I asked the front lady about it she said “it’s not happening” and even after showing her my bank acct she claimed it wasn’t her and it must be a scammer yet minutes later she mentioned she actually did run the card “several times”. She never offered a solution, a suggestion or help. She was short with me. Cut off my sentences and declared it wasn’t her even to the point of yelling across the room that it wasn’t them when I was having a private conversation with my husband about calling the bank. Their parent company Wyndham stated I would need to talk to the manager and the thought of talking to the front desk lady again wasn’t worth it. I fully locked my acct and tried to enjoy my vacation. Took 3 days to clear the 8 extra charges all during our vacation.You ran my card 8x..own your mistakes.

Lady at the front desk claimed my reservation was cancelled and refused to check me into my room. She did not even try to assist me further. I had to quickly find another room after just flying in from DC. Thank God I reserved with my Amex. Incredible.

Although the stay was good, unfortunately I had to wait an hour after check in for my room to be cleaned. After being told it would'nt take long. House keeping was called repeatedly to see how long it would take. That was at 1, even though check in was at 3. The place was not that busy, so, IDK. I don't understand why 2 people need to clean 1 room at a time, you'd think it would go faster.

Staff at check in seemed to be more occupied with ordering pizza than they were with handling our check-in. There was a child there as well behind the counter, most likely between 8-12 years of age. Studio room was very spacious. Could have better insulation. Adjacent room noise and traffic noise was a bit bothersome. Lack of a breakfast was disappointment. Coffee and Juice only, not even muffins or fruit.
