"Everything is gonna be okay, and the night shift male staff also helped me to fix the laundry machine(But actually not).Until I used another laundry machine to wash my clothes,I suggest that staff can write some awareness notes on paper to remind other travelers not to use the broken one.However, he didn’t do that, the other pitty traveler happened the same situation again like me.According to this event, I find that the front desk members don’t know if travelers’ amenities are useful or not.Besides, the attitude of all members about in face of conducting precautions of crisis management is significant room for growth. "A very clean and cosy room with a nice view of the fuji mountain. The private onsen was awesome. The check in was a bit tricky. There’s no lobby area if you arrive early. We had to wait for almost 2 hours in the pouring rain before we can check in at 3pm."
