"Excellent breakfast of both Japanese and Western style options."

"We stayed for one night at this hotel - it was fantastic. One of the best features is that it is up in the hills close to the chairlift site up to the volcanic cone. It is also far away from the very touristy coastal region and nestling in some very expensive privately owned homes, which were very pleasant to drive around. There is nobody staffing the hotel but checking in was a breeze as they communicated very clearly with us by messaging. We turned up and our room was open with the key inside....

"The only comment about the stay was the pick-up service at Izu-kogen Station "

"Great location to experience a traditional Japanese Inn and Kaiseki! "

"Excellent accommodation, food, spa and service."

"The room was very spacious, clean and new. I just wish they had cutlery and some cooking utensils, as they have a full kitchen. The onsen facilities are very good, and they also have sauna. The hotel is beautiful and the views fantastic. There is not public transportation to reach the hotel."

"Amazing historical hotel with famous golf course. Groups are well kept despite the old age of the resort. Nice pools and good food."
