「Nothing to complain about. Just Perfect. Place is Spacious for 4 people, groceries and convenient stores are nearby, place is clean, beds are comfy, hotel is in a residential area which is what i like, and train track nearby so you can hear the train something, but its doesn't bother us,hotel itself is quiet too,dont really hear much from the next door. Basically all the negative comments that I've read from other booing website i didn't experience it. I think the owner do take customer review...

「因為我是早機，到達東京市中心只是11AM。酒店Check in時間是2PM，但不想提着行李箱四處去，所以想先去酒店放下行李。到酒店約11:15AM，本來只想寄放行李，那櫃檯的人員好好人，他說可以讓我即時Check in。房間也很企理，清潔, 光線充足, 日常用品齊全，基本設施有之外，房內還有微波爐，十分方便。下次會再選這間。」
