"The reception in the evening at our check-in was great, answered our questions with grace and warmth, was friendly with our young kids. The location and lounge were good too, however the breakfast left a lot to be desired, it was a bento box containing rice, salmon, a slice of egg, sausage, a piece of lettuce, and a burdock root salad... Making the experience fall short. Otherwise a good stay. "

"The breakfast though expensive was a unique experience for us. I recommend it for someone never tasted a genuine lavish Japanese breakfast. The bath facility was nice; definitely worth trying out. I liked the massage chair in the lobby as well. Everything worked as expected. My room was the smallest in the building but it still felt reasonably spacious. The staff was very attentive. I asked for help to arrange airport transport. They went above and beyond to make sure i got all the details right."
