“Lovely 1st floor flat, very close to the beach with easy beach access which was what we wanted. The flat is well equipped, especially the kitchen, and we were very happy there was a large fan keeping us cool as it was a hot week! The beds are nice and comfortable, bathroom is large and modern, living room has digital tv and wifi. The host was easy to communicate with and left lots of DVD's to watch if we wanted. We appreciated the welcome package of tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and chocolate!……

“There is nothing to fault. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and well furnished to a high standard, with excellent views. There are some very pleasant small details on arrival (a loaf of bread, cake, butter, milk, tea, coffee and a selection of biscuits and jams). Paul and Jill are delightful and amusing hosts, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We will definitely return when we are next in the area.”

“Stunning, private and spacious cottage… the owner was amazingly helpful and the cottage surpassed our expectations… simply dreamy stay! The only thing we would change would be better quality bed linen and bedding but we understand that that would be expensive, not hypoallergenic - this is not stopping us from going back though and loved every moment of it! Truly relaxing stay in a wonderful location.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.”

“We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. “I booked this property for my Sister’s hen-do and it was just the most perfect property!! The house was extremely well stocked with glasses and crockery. The dining room was amazing, creating such a special experience for a formal dinner. The gardens were beautiful as well! The host, Patricia, was extremely helpful and responsive - I really felt like she wanted to ensure we had the best experience, which we did!! Could not recommend this property more.”

“Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. ”
