「We broke down on the way to this location and the property staff would not even work with us on a refund and or even a credit for a booking in the future. I was able to provide proof of a required tow we needed to have and they didnt seem to care.」

The property is clearly old and neglected—the hallway had a persistent, unpleasant smell, the carpet in the room looked decades old, and the towels and bed cover carried a musty odor. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work, the TV had only a handful of channels, and the online photos bore little resemblance to the tired, worn-down reality we walked into. 「The whole hotel smelled of patchouli oil. There was a long hair in the sheets when I pulled down the bedding the toilet ball seat had burn marks in it. There were no amenities to comment on the furniture was bare-bones. It looked like the tub had been updated by slapping up some new tile and poorly redoing the grout. The man at the front desk was very nice. That is the only good thing I have to say. I would not stay here again.」

「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee.
