“We stayed for 3 days and the condo was super nice, when arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. Someone had taken our parking space but the owner or person in charged helped us even though it was super late. The response was fast and efficient. The condo was super cold so no complaints in that department as it was extremely hot outside during the day. ”

“We hastily rented this unit after a cancelation by our scheduled host. The bedrooms are oddly configured as you have go through one to get to the other. We never found the washer/dryer. The host was very accomdating and brought a new TV the day we checked in. That was very nice but it fell to me to get it on the network, logged in and ready to go. The AC worked well and kept the unit comfy The unit overall served our purpose and the host tried very hard make sure we had what we needed,……

“The property manager had great communication, responded to any questions very quickly. This location was perfect for our family while in Gainesville to visit Shands. It was only a couple of blocks away from the hospital and a variety of eating establishments. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and the public swimming pool was right across from the property so for us it was the perfect location.The only issue we had was Google Maps, (GPS) showing the property incorrectly as "Bldg.
