“What a delightful place to stay! Cannot praise the staff enough! They were all so helpful, friendly and accomodating. Some English speaking staff, who were honestly the best we met in our two week stay in Japan. “I came to shiga kogen for skiing. The hotel location is excellent. You can have either 3 mins driving to Yokoteyama ski area or 5 mins driving to central area. Other than the location, all staff are very polite, patient and helpful. Some of the staff are able to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently. “High Accessibility The hotel is near the Yodanaka Station, it takes 5-10mins walk. If you will drive over there, the hotel will provide the free parking. Also, they were so nice to clean up the snow every morning. Also, it may take 15-20mins walk to the Shibu Onsen. For skiing, it can take 30mins driving to Shiga Kogen.
