“Our stay was awesome!! Our room was clean and even smelled good. The bed was nice and firm. We did not wake up with aches or pains. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Loved the breakfast sandwiches. Staff was friendly. We did not use the pool, but the pool area appeared clean. I will happily stay here again. I payed to use the parking garage and will do that the next time as well, it was a $45 fee.”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight.
2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!!
