This cottage was just as described - HOMEY! It was quaint, cozy and clean. The owner was very informative and for us it was a perfect location to walk to Highland CC to watch my grandson’s football game. I definitely will stay here again if available.

Great place to stay

We spent a week and really enjoyed this place. It had everything we needed and more. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and anything we needed was provided. The fresh baked bread with real butter was great. We asked where we could buy some of it and the next day the baker came to our door with a warm loaf. We will stay here the next time we come to Northeast Kansas

Beautiful cottage home that was clean and more spacious than I thought it woud be. I loved the decor! Very nice host who made sure I received the home instructions with keycode information. And also left me a basket of baked goods with a card :) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit.

A much needed break.

Just a lovely little cottage, very homey. The neighborhood is extremely quiet even though it's a college town,I slept like a baby in the comfy bed. The restaurant is really nice,and the people were extremely friendly. Try the Bloody Marys😋. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Great place to stay

Dropped our son off to Benedictine College, and the cottage was a lovely place to roost while we helped with the move in process. Host communication was timely and professional. Cottage was just as promised with some tasty treats upon our arrival. Kitchen was stocked and was perfect for a home cooked meal. Great place to stay….little bit of a drive to the college but the drive was easy and beautiful. Hope to stay again in the future .

Lovely stay

This little house is full of wonderful surprises! This rental has EVERYTHING you need and more! The warm welcome left on the counter was so thoughtful. Everything inside has been immaculately decorated and incredible attention has been given to detail throughout. SUPER clean, and the heated floors in the bathroom and sunroom were such a luxury, especially while enjoying morning coffee. I hope to be able to stay here when in the area again.

What an absolutely beautiful little home! Being so close to the ball fields I worried about the noise. But never had any issues with it! Host was above an beyond great! Home was very clean! Just an all around amazing stay! HIGHLY recommend!

This cottage was a very nice property! The owners are very responsive and easy to get a hold of, if you have any questions. Anything you may need during your stay is available here, the house is well stocked with a variety of items!

Highly recommended!

This home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Nothing “cookie cutter” here either! Extremely clean, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood. Such an easy drive to St. Jo too. Dinner at Kirkwood and Company was delicious and great service there also. I can’t forget to say thank you for the chocolate chip cookies and the wonderful fresh bakery bread. ( with butter!) What a pleasant surprise! Communication with Brad was EXCELLENT and “check in” couldn’t have been easier. Thank you for a great experience!
