They also provided firewoods for bonfires right beside the lake. Also, the lake has very clean water good for both swimming and fishing. Extra ameneties like paddle boat, kayaks, stand up board and water vests. The location is great for a quiet getaway and also provides great privacy.」

「Loved our experience at the Blue House. The open concept living rm/kitchen was great and better than shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable and the house had all we needed for our stay. The host even organized the drop-off of a space heater for one room that was a bit cold, so we were very comfortable. The only improvement would be the dishwasher, since it doesn't clean the dishes very well, even when rinsed. A few more glasses would also be helpful.」

「It is a picturesque cottage with everything perfectly maintained. There was a great view of the lake and excellent lighting; and a forest behind the cottage. Foosball and air hockey tables in basement were great fun as was the hot tub which is on a large deck. Barbecue is conveniently near to sliding doors of cottage on a balcony. Bedrooms are spacious. Secluded, but only a brief drive to top grocery store and conveniences.」

「There were nine of us in our family group ranging in age from 4 to 63 years of age. All of us had a fantastic time. Swimming and water play were the highlights. We found the fact that the sun didn’t reach the west facing dock until noon a real plus. Afternoon and evening sun was wonderful. The upstairs area held a family of five easily. Lots of fans (no air conditioning) and beds. The host kindly left special treats for the kids as we had an 8th birthday to celebrate. It was an amazing family...

「Great location Perfect spot for us as we spent our days here geocaching in the area. Everything is as advertised. Super comfy and cozy. Not a lot of restaurants in the area so we planned to eat in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Including a dishwasher - yay!! Clean and well equipped. Nice and quiet. FYI - be sure to bring your own paper products. No paper towels or tissues and 1 roll of TP for a 3 night stay. We would come back to this location. 」
