"Great spot and spacious rooms. Staff was great during stay, though when our flight got cancelled and we missed our first night it took several tries to give them a call to inform. After 6 hours we finally got through, caused a lot of worry."

"Hotel it’s self is very clean.. but the elevators were broken which ruined my experience because I was late for everything I had planned and was on the 30th floor so only other option was to go down 30 flights of stairs. I am waiting to be partially comped for the inconvenience other than that I would stay here again but for a 5 star hotel that elevator issue really messed up a lot of peoples planned activities and even to get throughout the hotel for so treatment. Other than being held up to get to the spa it was a really good massage ajanae and Jamie did a great job. "
