"The room was dirty and so small. The central AC was broken so they had to install a window unit that was extremely loud at night. Had another reservation in the future that I have now cancelled. The staff, restaurant and location were nice."

"No coffee machine in the room, very low amenities only body wash and shampoo from a fixed bottle. This hotel used to be the Mondrian and now it is a very low cost hotel at the same prices of the Mondrian. The coffee downstairs is $8 for a machine version, there is no breakfast available on weekends only brunch starting at 9am. At that price point there are many hotels with better facilities. amenities and experience."

"The service was great the room was amazing , the only issue we had was that one of the elevators on two different days , got stuck for a few minutes , and another issue was the WiFi never worked , no matter how many times we tried to connect to the WiFi , no matter how long we waited to connect , the WiFi would never work , we had to use our data the whole trip , but besides those two things , the hotel and the room and the service was amazing and a great location"

"Left all decaf coffee pods and the coffee machine was not working properly. When I called and asked to send someone to fix it, noone came. They have a water filter in the gym which only gives cold water. And they charge 1$ for providing drinking hot water. Which I am ok with paying but it's the principle of just finding anything to squeeze money out of you.. The staff are also not really interested in helping you."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT stay at Hotel Henri NY. I was overcharged by more than $1,000, and after months of trying to get this corrected, I still have not received a refund. I have contacted them repeatedly, and the lack of accountability is shocking. Management has completely refused to communicate with me—no callbacks, no real responses, nothing. It’s been months of being ignored over a very serious billing issue. This isn’t just bad customer service—it feels outright dishonest. A hotel charging a guest an extra $1,000+ and then dodging them for months is unacceptable by any standard. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—stay anywhere else. There are plenty of hotels in New York that actually treat their guests fairly. Based on my experience, this place cannot be trusted to handle even basic billing issues responsibly."

"Our room was disgusting- we had blood stains on our window curtain as well as our shower curtain and some unknown stain all over the couch. The a/c had a metal rattle sound all night The sink was clogged the hotel itself is nice but the dirtiness of our room made it an unpleasant stay "
