"The beginning of our trip was stressful. The booking was different than we were told. We ended up having to pay $1900 more for 1 person!!!! They would not budge on the price. I asked if we would get a top-notch room. It was not. The balcony faced a building and workers were loading equipment or working there often. We did not use the balcony because there wasn’t much privacy. Our room was very musty and the air conditioner did not provide equal temperatures in both spaces. It was freezing in one and warm in the other. I asked for a dehumidifier and they did provide that…we ended up needing two. The second one was dirty. I voiced my concerns to our butler and the person who showed us our room. No one offered to switch rooms until I filled out a survey. They were going to switch our room but we only had two nights left. They gave us cute hats and bags. We only had two and asked for a third. We had to ask twice before we received it. We did have fun. The pool was clean and the beach area was kept clean. The restaurants were decorated nicely. The food was good, not great, but there was plenty of it. We did notice that we got drinks faster if they were alcoholic drinks. We had to ask more than once for soda. The entertainment was good. They had activities throughout the day and each evening. The people who ran that group were very welcoming and friendly. The staff at the steak house were amazing! Delicious coffee shop. Perfect combination of relaxation and entertainment."

"It was my niece's and my first time at the resort and we absolutely loved it! The room we got was with the pool view and it was very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay in and the cleaning lady was great! The staff is awesome anything you need they help you right away and ask you how your stay is going etc. The washrooms from the lobby, restaurants and near the beach were very, very clean which was great. The entertainment night staff are always joyful, fun and funny and with the great music the DJ plays people always get up and start dancing and have a great time. The food at the Buffet was delicious so many different foods to choose from and the desserts are so beautifully made and delicious as well (it was my niece's favorite place to eat) One buffet place you can see the beautiful beach while you eat and the view is breathtaking (we went there for lunch everyday and enjoyed the view) The Italian restaurant is fancy and has delicious lasagna and pastas as well. There's a small ice cream place near the lobby where you can choose different flavors. We will be going again soon, we had a great time and I totally recommend the resort."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time i had no complaints but this time there were a few things wrong with our room. For one, the hot tub never worked, it didn’t drain meaning we couldn’t clean out all of the bugs in order to fill it up and use it. The shower had some hair in it from the last guest. And the tablet for room service never worked which we brought up with the hotel but it was never resolved. We loved that amount of things to do at this hotel and all the pools and beaches were amazing. Staff was awesome. The food was a hit or miss for me, the steak restaurant was good and the hibachi was good as well. The buffet i would give a 3/5. Overall, i would stay again but im definitely a little disappointed in the room condition and food. "
