"The location looked amazing but travel is a huge issue. I had to rent a golf cart to get around because the location and uber access. No cleaning supplies were giving at the start (dish detergent, had soap, any cleaning solution). Overall the host was pleasant but I wouldn’t book the space agin that’s why we didn’t extend. Also there was an insect issue that I told the host about and it wasn’t taken seriously."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the beach is breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was having a full-time butler, Edwin, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, professional, and always available to assist us, making our stay truly special and stress-free."

"El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones siempre fue excelente. Los empleados muy amables. La piscina y el lazy river muy buenos. Los chicos del bar en la playa muy buenos! El pasado año visitamos este hotel y comparación a este año, la animación de las actividades no fue tan emotiva pues no hubo participación de staff animando, pero se pasa bien. Lo más que nos encantó fue la cafetería Mikes. La comida muy deliciosa, pero no tan variada como la vez pasada. El lobby y la tienda de detalles muy calurosos (deben mejorar pues son áreas cerradas)"
