"Room was very clean. Staff members are very courteous. Location is not immediately next to Ube-shinkawa stations, like other business hotels, but very thoughtful interior in lobby area, very calming atmosphere. Japanese breakfast and variety of choices for breakfast buffet, good coffee."

"Wonderful! The staff were helpful, the rooms were large by Japanese standards, the location was great for nightlife, and the onsen was the best we’ve visited. We wanted to add an another night but it was booked. Would happily return!"

"Clean, business style hotel, simple yet extremely functional. Both check-in/out are completed on a kiosk to the right-side of the front desk. Suited our needs wonderfully and the only suggestion for improvement would be thicker walls so I don't hear my neighbors."
