「Television was down. They had to replace a new one after inspection. It took a while to complete this. Our room was too close to the kitchen. The noise was transferred through the venting system. That needs to be improved.」

「入住時因滿房而擅自要更改我的預定，改去別家評價很低的飯店入住，無法接受。2小時後因有人取消入住才得以在原飯店入住，但隔天還要換房間。處理過程很差勁，第一晚的房間還降等且空調聲音很大，很難入睡。總之，打亂渡假的心情是最令人沮喪的。」

「The location was amazing, but the bathroom had tons of water damage and bugs everywhere. The tub/shower situation was terrible as there were no curtains or dividers so water just got everywhere. The staff was really slow and didn’t understand a lot of our requests and while the lobby was bright and airy, I wish we would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere. We paid a lot for basic accommodation. 」

「Riff is a serene bubble in Sri Lanka. Beautifully designed, well maintained, with very good restaurants (that appeal to western travelers if they prefer non Sri Lankan food), the staff is friendly and supportive. I highly recommend the spa that is part of a small network of balinese facilities in Sri Lanka. The pool and beach integration is very good with miles of walkable sand in each direction. The sea itself in March was pretty dangerous so I focused on the very nice pool. I highly recommend...
