Breakfast is included in the rate. You can self cater for other meals.

The villa also has a house keeper who is there to clean your rooms daily and keep the villa tidy and spotless.

The villa is well appointed and tastefully decorated with art works of local artists on display. All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

The villa has a lounge and dining room. We have a guest kitchen if you’d like to self cater or we can supply a cook for an extra charge (Rs 3,500 per day) for part or all of your stay.

The villa comes with all conveniences one expects - free WIFI, television with a hard disk of movies and dvd player. Sound system with ipod/iphone dock. A good selection of books, board games as well as outdoor games.

There is an outdoor entry pavilion as well as a pool pavilion with a outdoor shower and a toilet. There are sun beds, lounging chairs and a dining table for al fresco dining or pool side barbeque.

Privacy is guaranteed as the villa is set within large grounds of 1.5 acres and the staff quarters are set away from the main villa.
