「Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. 」

「I can’t express just how lovely the Lady Florence is. A perfect weekend to kick back and relax. Lovely host, super easy check-in, and kitted out beautifully. Has absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I will most definitely be booking again!Thanks so much 」

「Tolle Unterkunft, freundliches Personal, guter Service. Mit dem Zug ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Londoner Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglickeiten direkt nebenan. Wir haben zum Glück kurz vorher in einer Gast-Bewertung gelesen, dass das Hotel in der Umweltzone liegt. Man muss sein Auto vorher registrieren lassen.」

「No clear indication/signage of the hotel on the road that makes you miss the hotel easily. It's only foldable bed in the single room (we booked two bedrooms apartment) and is not really well equipped. Not recommend this hotel to anybody.」

「Really good value for this incredibly spacious apartment. A comfortable night. A couple of touches would improve the stay even more. As previous reviewer mentioned, the only mirror is above the bathroom sink. Its on the top of the jet garage which is closed at night. 」

「I had a lovely stay at the barn and everything was there that I needed. Helen and Andy were very good hosts most helpful and I would certainly reccomend the property for a stay. 」

「Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...
