「Good」

「Loved our experience and location. Wander coffee shop and staff were amazing. Would have been extremely helpful to know that valet is the only option. We spent 30 minutes trying to find parking and then dragging our luggage over. There wasn’t enough or appropriate bedding for the pullout couch even though I booked for 3 people」

「Room is clean and quiet. Staff is nice. Limited choice in breakfast.」

「Very convenient location at city centre. Safe area. Hotel is very new. The room and facilities are also new and clean.」

「Good sized and clean room but corridors were dirty as food scraps were left overnight without anyone dealing with it or doing walkthroughs. Somewhat noisy for rooms positioned near on-floor facilities such as vending machines. A decent gym and pool.」

「The hotel is perfect. Especially the reception at night. I arrived around mid-night. the person who works in the reception is extremely polite. Still introduce me where I can get some food outside and drink inside the lobby. Brings me a very good impression of Canadian. Thanks a lot.」

「Everything was great, the only thing that didn’t measure up to previous hotels I’ve stayed at in the same price range / quality were the towels. The towels were very small and there were only 2 in the room. I definitely could have asked for more towels though and I’m sure they would have accommodated I just didn’t get around to it.」
