The hotel has filthy carpets and flooring. The sheets on the bed were dirty and when they came to change them the mattress pad was also filthy. They did move us to a new room which was clean.

Weirdo’s smoking pot in the parking lot. Dogs in rooms barking. Heavy cigarette smoke smell throughout. Manager folding towels in lobby. Seems like a flop house for transient construction workers Reservations made on a Visa card. Manager says our card is a Master Card with other serial numbers We changed clothes for our event; packed our suitcases back up; sprinted to our car from the side door; drove home an hour to sleep in our own bed. $170 to use a room to change clothes. RUN don’t walk away from this hotel!!!!!!

The bathroom had not been cleaned, had pubic hairs all over the place. The sheets were dirty. When I was checking in another guest came to the desk and said their room smelled like ammonia, the front desk clerk, said he would give them air freshener, but they had absolutely no other rooms to put them in. The air conditioner said that it was 68 in the room when we arrived, I turned it down to 65 there's no way that room was it 68.

Would not stay here. Place was old and smellly like wet dog Bathroom was old with cracks around the tub and hardly no caulking around the tub Carpet looks dirty in the room but the final straw after checking the bed was all thr PUBIC hair and hair on the box springs when it had not been cleaned during changing sheets. With the money these people make it should be upgraded Also wanted to charge 100.00 damage fee to check in. Ist time booking this Expedia they should not represent this hotel.

Staff was very kind and friendly, hotel was clean, maintained. Convenient location to the festival we went to and central to shopping stores (Walmart, 5Below, Dollar stores, Marshalls, Tmobile, Krogers, Goodwill, Aldi being built, etc...) Will definitely book with them again!
