「The room was ok. The curtains were dirty. Stains on them. Looked like automotive grease.」

「The check in was swift, the front desk staff was absolutely amazingly helpful and professional. The hotels lobby, elevator and hallways were very very clean. I was pleasantly impressed by the level of detail cleanliness of the hotel room. Not a speck of dust, no leftover hair in bathroom housekeeping has done an amazing job. When we are in the area we will definitely revisit the hotel. 」

「The front desk staff was accommodating, I however was bummed that the hot tub was out of commission and has been since March- that would have been nice to know. Other than that it was a nice stay. 」

「I got a great night sleep in the comfy bed. The young man at the counter was really friendly and helpful. I did think it was odd that there were no dishes, cups, silverware or pots and pans in the kitchen. The front desk doesn’t open until 9 AM and I couldn’t figure out where to put my key cards. There was a large garage type door that have been pulled down in front of the lobby desk. I took my keys back to the room and left them on the table.」

「Breakfast was okay. Someone stole my pancakes. HA! The room was clean, it was fairly quiet. Toilets are very low in normal rooms. should all be taller. Was a great stay for one night because we had ants at home in our bedroom.」

「Conveniently located, the hotel staff was friendly & helpful. The free breakfast was pretty decent & helped cut expenses by filling our belly with waffels, sausage & other hot or cold breakfast options before setting out for the live music at the Big House. Really liked the room, it was clean & comfortable. Better than expected. I will stay here again when I come to Macon for Gabbafest, if not sooner for another festival. All in all, the event and our acommodations were a very pleasant...
