The kitchen layout is open and has chef grade appliances including Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer to enjoy cooking and meal time with your families.

Home has central AC unit controlled by NEST thermostat located on second floor and to beat the hot Jersey summer we have installed individual window AC units in all the second floor bedrooms (Master, Purple, Green and Red Rooms) for additional prompt cooling.

For the comfort, safety, and insurance protection of everyone, only guests listed on the reservation may be present at the property. Visitors who are not included on the booking are not permitted, even for a short visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the home safe and properly protected. Guests of guests not permitted.

NO EVENTS OR PARTIES

Events, parties, gatherings, celebrations, commercial activities, or functions of any kind are not permitted. The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and guests are expected to respect the quiet enjoyment of surrounding neighbors at all times.

POOL NOTICE

🚨 Important: The swimming pool located at the rear part of the backyard is currently closed and unavailable for guest use during the season. The pool remains covered at all times. Please do not remove the cover, walk on it, or enter the pool area.

CLEANING INFORMATION

Our cleaning team does not use Diazinon or toxic chemicals at the property. We aim to use gentle, family-conscious cleaning products, including herbal-based products where possible.

LATE CHECKOUT

Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkout may result in a fee of up to 50% of the nightly rate, in addition to any cleaning team rescheduling charges incurred.
