"Our stay at L7 was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The amenities were nice. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel was built in 1912, so has some quirks that come with age, but I think adds to the ambience. The location is convenient to train lines, with a short walk from the blue line if you're coming and going from O'Hare."

Housekeeping was a bit lax, forgetting towels and replacement coffee mugs. Valet staff was friendly and helpful, It was a nice stay but not stellar."
